Can personalised products be returned?

Products made to order or personalised to your specifications (such as embroidery, custom finishes, or non-standard sizes) are not eligible for a standard return if they have been produced as ordered and are free from defects.

Returns of personalised products are only possible in cases of:

·         manufacturing damage,

·         production defects,

·         products that do not match the order specifications or agreed requirements.

Information regarding personalisation options and any return restrictions is always provided before the order is finalised.
