Delivery Times & Costs

Goods are delivered at the Customer’s expense via the following courier services:

• DPD

• DHL

• GLS

• InPost Courier – deliveries within Poland

• InPost Parcel Locker – deliveries within Poland (please provide the parcel locker number in the designated field or in the order notes)

• FedEx – deliveries outside European Union

In exceptional circumstances, such as the inability to fulfill an order on time or a carrier’s refusal to complete a delivery, TORPOL reserves the right to change the carrier without prior notice.

Free shipping on orders over 150€

The average delivery time provided by the carrier is 3 business days (depending on the country). Please note that the time required to prepare the goods for shipment should be added to the delivery time.
